I’m trying to lose as much pounds as I can before May when I have my gyno surgery. Thinking of incorporating fasting on weekends when I don’t necessarily need my vitamins to power through the day. Thoughts?
Why not just give fasting a shot? Start with something easy like a 16:8 schedule, 5 days a week. Finish supper by 6, don’t eat until 12 the next day.
I started with that 1.5 years ago, and quickly went to 18:6, a d now OMAD 6/days a week. Sunday, I have a day off, nice breakfast but don’t go crazy.
I’m down 60lbs so far (sw335, CW275,gw215, m39).
It’s sustainable, easy, and free. And the fasting helps the body take care of loose skin etc.
I think, if you give it a go you’ll likely find that you can do it.
