I know traditionally, ADF is 36hrs fasting then eat. But if I do 24hrs fasting then eat, will I still lose weight?
It’s a good question but the answer requires more information. Your total daily expenditure of calories in one day x 7 days a week… if you fast for 24.. ok… but how many calories did you eat all week versus how much did you burn? One period of time can be wiped out by over eating when you do eat.
