Been doing 18/6 and a few 24hrs fast for almost 4 weeks now. Started at 202.4 and sitting at 188.2 as of today. Not disappointed in the weight loss, but concerned that I am no longer hungry ever. Don’t feel that I am consuming enough calories as my weight loss as sort of stalled in the past few days. How do I get my appetite back so I don’t go into starvation mode?
This is me. I struggle to eat enough protein so I’ve resorted to 160 calorie, 30g protein shakes before bed.
Are you close to a “healthy” body weight? Like a healthy lower bmi? I think IF isn’t as effective once we reach that point. Need to introduce exercise or eat normally one day and fast 24 hours the next.
