Is it possible to feel more clear-headed after THREE days?

I started this on Saturday night. Only three under my belt, fasting from 6:45 pm to 10:45 am. Barely made it today and I’m unsure as to why this morning was so hard. I’m fasting from food. I am 5 feet 11 inches, female and weigh 240. I have had nine pregnancies and have three living children. I had to have a hysterectomy in my early thirties after I almost died after my last childbirth. My hormones are a mess, my body is a mess, I eat all day long and into the night, even waking up at 2 AM to eat mac and cheese.

Is it possible that I feel better already? What’s with that? This is such a supportive community. I’m so glad to have found it.

I’m 25F. I don’t necessarily experience clear headedness, but after a couple days I physically feel better. Less bloated, less focused on food. Happier?

It does even out hormones after around a week or two and things get easier (personally).

About day 3-4 when my headaches stop for me and the adjustment period finishes.
