True weight loss does not happen in days. If weight went up or down in days, it was due to change in hydration and bowel content.

you “feel like” ?? did you not weigh yourself beforehand? I think its pretty impossible not to lose weight in 4+ days unless you’re already really low % body fat. It’s normal not to “feel” a difference though, you’re not gonna feel different losing 2 - 5kg.

I don’t know about you but weight loss catches up on me. I’ve stopped losing weight according to the scale, but I’m still looking a lot thinner all the time and now people are noticing, even though I’ve weighed the same for about two months.
