I’ve done keto in the past, and I won’t get into the whole should you or shouldn’t you cheat debate, but I’ve seen a lot of people say they do IF 5 days a week or some other number. Is there a benefit to not doing it every day? I’ve seen so many different answers to this. I’m just curious.
My doctor does IF, he recommended it to me. He takes the weekends off, I keep meaning to ask him why. Is it because weekends can be trickier to manage? Is it to give his system a break? He is slender, so I don’t think he’s doing IF to lose weight but for the autophagy and other benefits.
