Answer

Not sure if its recommended but for me I do light weight lifting nothing too aggressive, just focusing on all the main muscle groups, for about 30-45mins 5 days a week and rest on the weekends. Also I do at least 10k steps a day. My goal is to preserve muscle mass and hopefully get some definition while I burn off my fat. I wouldn’t recommend pushing the exercise too hard because that could make you hungrier. Been doing this for the last couple of months and results are showing and no bad side effects so far. Most importantly though listen to your body and find what works best for you.

Answer

It all depends on the timing of when you workout / eat.

It’s tough because if you don’t eat after your workout you miss out on gains and if you don’t eat before you can’t put in a full effort and risk burning muscle.

You need to be religious on your schedule so you can fit 2 meals and your workout in that 4 hour window.

But if you can, and you eat clean. You will get pretty ripped.
