Just finished one day fasting, felt like dying but in morning I was fine

Before discovering fasting I got sick and couldn’t eat anything for 2 day with no hunger feeling. I was shocked how was I still able to walk after 2 day no food I was just fine just too damn fine, even after 2 day no food I had no hunger feeling.

While I was searching I discovered fasting and wanted to try first I did 8 hour and 16 hour after getting used to fasting I wanted to try not eating whole day and it was so hard! My body acted like I was farmer at feminine that worked whole day I didn’t even wanted to move muscle all I wanted to eat so bad but I endured. I felt like dying I felt like I starved for months. Guess what happened next morning I had 0 hunger.

Why my body acted like this? I always had three meal a day drank enough water I just starved one day.

So, there’s two reasons, first your body has to get rid of it’s reserved glucose.Secondly, we’ve trained our bodies to eat at certain times of the day. Our bodies react to the cues around us and say, “hey dude, you usually eat and you’re not eating.” But I’ve noticed if I drink a glass of sparkling water and distract myself for a bit, the hunger pangs magically disappear until the next “meal time” (rinse and repeat, until you are mentally ready to eat) You didn’t feel like eating when you were sick because that is the body’s natural reaction. It needs to fight whatever illness you had it doesn’t need to waste energy on digestion. Digestion, uses soooo much of our body’s time and resources this is why the body begins to heal itself during extended fasting. Your body might be asking you for breakfast but you just tell your body to relax and take care of itself for a while. After all, all our digestive systems have been working over drive, it’s about time we give them the break they don’t know they deserve.

Answer

it is just gherlin hormones reminding you you usually eat at that time.

It is a habit hormone.. if you change your dinner time you will get hungry at the new time.. That is gherlin.

It changes as you change your habits. Promise. I remember as a kid there were too many to serve lunch at noon. they started feeding some of us at 10:30 in the morning. After week we all got hungry at 10:30…. gherlin.

It you do not want to suffer this you can try only changing your time by 30 minutes a day . Keep pushing until you get what you want. It takes longer but a lot of folks do this.

Answer

You do get used to it. Your appetite was suppressed by your illness naturally. But you can teach it to not be amped up all the time. If the whole day doesn’t work then ease into it a bit more slowly and eventually you won’t have a problem getting the milage you want.
