I broke my fast this morning; I had never gone as long as I did before. I’m looking forward to starting again and pushing farther (I made it 3 full complete days). Would you OK starting again soon; like tomorrow morning? (24h from when I broke my fast?)

Awesome goals. This is what I have found works for me. We are all uniquely different so it is important to find what works for you: Long fasts: help me in correcting hormone imbalances and food cravings (as well as bad eating habits. A long fast to me is 10 days or greater. Extended fasts help me with weight loss. Extended fasting works best for me after a long fast. (I have never done a quick turn around) An extended fasting is 3-5 days Intermittent fasting (16 hours fasting with an 8 hour or less eating window daily) helps me heal my autoimmune disorders and get me over dieting plateaus.
