So I’ve been doing IF for about a month. I’ve been doing the 16:8 routine every day. I do feel a lot better and during the 16 I am only drinking water.
Only Fridays & Sundays are free days where I don’t have something going on. Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays I’m on my feet directing a musical at least 2 hours constantly moving around.
My diet itself hasn’t changed, just way less of it. Any tips? I’m not sore and not out of breath anymore.
I’ve lost ~ 6kg in 2 months with IF… haven’t changed anything about my lifestyle other than eating, and don’t really exercise. It will work if you remain in a calorie deficit during your eating window… exercise might make it work quicker 🤷♂️
