Looking for realistic expectations

I currently weigh about 220. I want to grt down to 180. I will be leaving the country for 3 months st the end of January. What could be a realistic goal I could reach before I leave (January 20) that could also be helpful while I’m away (and when I come bsck)

Backstory.. 30m past 2 years got married, had baby and work from home. I gained weight and don’t like the way I look. I use to work out (although I never really loved it). I’m just too tired from baby and (I’m sure bring overweight) to workout… just need to get out this cycle, be happy with how I look and feel so I can help my wife and son have a healthy happy lifestyle . I don’t eat a lot of fast food. We do enjoy restaurants especially because taking care of baby is rewarding and exhausting.

We have recently been ordering a meal delivery service and buying quick meals from trader joes to help.

If you start fasting now, you could do at least 21 days. You will definitely go down under 200. Refeeding is important. When you start eating again, don’t eat like before and you should be good and feeling confident for your trip. You have to want it bad enough.

Agree with everyone here! Note: Don’t consume any junk food or sugary drinks when you break the fast, you WILL feel like shit. I suggest eating in small portions of decently healthy foods of course when the fast is complete.
