Hi all, I wanted to let you know that no matter your struggles, if you are determined, you can do anything you set your mind to.
29 days ago I did a 7 day fast. Since then I’ve eaten one a day, sticking to primarily fish and veggies and shakes, no beef (except a sausage I had to eat it looked too good) and no poultry. No bread, no preservatives, just natural stuff.
It’s been quite sometime that I’ve been down at this weight and looking to continue forward.

Good job. I’ve lost 9 pounds in 4 days due to water and cleaning out my alimentary system. And I had soup yesterday. I was heavily carbed up before starting.
My “fast” continues, but I’m eating a large spinach, half a tomato, a cucucumber and 2 mushroom with vinaigarette salad each day. I’m guessing it’s about 150 calories or so there. And 99% good carbs (fiber). And I’m walking 1-2 hours a day (400-800 calories)
