Lost weight and gained it back but haven’t changed anything?

I lost 6 pound in 2 days but now 8 days later I’ve gained it all back. I am eating 1300 calories a day I weigh 210lbs and I’m trying to get to 150lbs I know I was over eating before and I am holding myself accountable should I be worried that I gained it all back if I’ve cut my calories by so much.. am I doing something wrong or is it too soon to be worried I’m sure I’m overreacting but I’m literally weighing my food. And calorie counting every little thing..

I’d guess that you’ll be back down within a few days. Weight is wierd. A pint of water weighs over a lb. So does a large poo.Fat cells can empty and then refill with water (body expects to use them for fat again soon).Muscle inflammation from sudden exercise can cause inflammation/fluid retention.Salt balance changes fluid balance etc etc

If you’re on plan, it will go.

Weighing food and working out calories can be an excellent start. Have you used your gender, height and weight to work out your maintenance calories intake?

Is your exercise new to you?

A lot of things can effect our weight. Salt intake, muscle repair after new activity and menstrual cycle amongst other things can cause your body to hold onto water in the short term.
