I have been doing (6 months) the Eat Oce a Day fast cuz it fits my Day perfectly. I eat at 6:15 p.m. and do high resistance, 40 min of elliptical (around 450 cal) 5 days a week. On the weekend, there is no exercise, and I might eat a pastry for breakfast and then no food till dinner. I see the results, but I do feel that my body is on a plateau. Is there anything I should do or know about what I have been doing? I am a 40 years old, vegetarian, dad. I eat loads of tofu, nuts, cheese and veggies.
Stick with it and you’ll eventually push through. Sometimes I’ll do a prolonged 36-48 hour fast and I’ll immediately start the ball rolling again. YMMV though. Also a keto meter is useful to see if you’re still using ketones even though the scale isn’t moving.
