Dear,
my 5th day is quite finished and all is going very well.
I am seriously considering going up to at least 11 days. My old record was 6.5 / 7 days after which I started eating almost normally after about 12 hours.
Now I would need your help in planning the best strategy for reintroducing food at the end of the 11 days of dry fasting.
Knowing that my diet is Keto what times/strategies do you recommend?
Do I need to face a few days only with water/liquids?

Refeeding syndrome is always risky so try to have a friend or family member around that understands what your doing and can look after you and tell an emt that its refeeding syndrome incase you need to go to the emergency room.
