need help with schedule

I go to work at night and school during day for welding. So from 8pm to 130pm I’m out of the house. I have Saturday and Sunday off but I’m just so exhausted on days off to exercise.

How can I fit in IF and exercise into my schedule? Are there better options for me than eating gas station food and fast food? I feel like if I don’t eat before school I get massive migraines when welding. Please advice will help me alot as I feel overwhelmed

You have some long days! And this is where IF is most effective. I also work really long hours and find the convenience of intermittent fasting really suits my lifestyle.

Try to plan your eating window around your schedule for the day. I’d imagine you’re going to sleep after you get home and then wake up?

Depending on how busy you are at work you may choose to have your eating window when you’re home or when you’re at work, that’s up to you.

Since you are too busy and I’d imagine your work isn’t too sedentary, you may get away with not excercising (although I do recommend it if you can fit it in). If you don’t plan to excercise, then a longer fasting regimen will help you with weight loss…something like 20:4/23:1/OMAD etc

Hard boiled eggs keep for about 1-2 weeks. You can boil between 20-40 and have 2-4 per day, easy. Then get about 10-20 pounds of ground beef and split em up into quarter pounders. You can have 3-6 per day. Between 3-6 quarter pounders and 2-4 eggs, that should cover 1, possibly 2 meals. You can bring cheese sticks and salt. They’re all good to eat refrigerated and you can bring em in a lunch pail with a cool pack.

As far as working out goes? You don’t have to spend 30 minutes to get a good work out. Do push-ups to failure (probably 5 minutes at best for most) on day 1, pull ups to failure on day 3 (maybe 3-5 minutes) and 100-200 squats on day 5 (maybe 10 minutes?).

Headaches come from a lack of sodium. Salt your foods to taste, and eat foods naturally high in sodium.
