New and want to try ADF

I’m completely new to fasting and have just completed my first 40 hour fast and want to challenge myself to ADF I’m thinking I’ll do Monday- fast Tuesday-feast Wednesday-fast Thursday- feast Friday- fast Sat/sun - feast

I’m not planning to eat anything on my fast days as I’ve seen some will have 25% of calorie intake on fast day - I think this would be too tempting for me and potentially make me hungrier.

Can anyone with any experience with doing similar share any advice, experiences, tips, expectations - anything for inspiration really

Try it and see how you like it! I also can’t do just 25%. Its over for me then. Hah.

Just remember if you are doing it for weight loss don’t eat more than 150%-180% of your daily calories on your feast day. Unless you just enjoy fasting.
