How to start? How to continue? What is the best game plan.
Some information: i’m a man 27 years old, i’m almost 80 kilograms and height is 1,73 don’t know if it matters or not. Meditate a few times a week.
I think easing into it is best—start where you are, I think I started with like 12/12 just to get in the habit of tracking, etc. (I like the zero app) and then quickly moved to 14/10, then 16/8, then 18/6. Once you’re on 18/6 that’s pretty legit intermittent fasting. I would try that for a bit and decide how you feel, then you can move on to either 20/4 or OMAD (one meal a day). None of these require anything other than just drinking plain water when you’re not eating (plain coffee & tea also are fine).
If you’re getting really into it you can start doing longer fasts and that’s when you’ll start needing to read up on electrolytes, etc. good luck!
