Night binging

I try to do OMAD around 5-6 but then I get insatiable craving closer to bed time around 9-12.

Any recommendations ? Is it bad to have my meal closer to bedtime so I’m not midnight snacking? I have no problem fasting during the day I’m not even hungry but it’s like a switch turns on as soon as it’s dark.

I’ve had this feeling in the past. Check out r/volumeeating. I find it’s really helpful to choose food that has low-mid calories with high volume. It leaves me pleasantly full for hours, I don’t feel deprived, and I don’t binge.
