In my case: I donate blood every 8 weeks and each time they do a small health screening. I can log in and view my results over time. During my last donation, my cholesterol was considerably higher than it’s ever been. Taking steps to course-correct through diet, exercise, and reducing alcohol - but I also read that IF can help with lowering cholesterol. Hoping to see the numbers drop at my next donation.

I’m doing it to reduce the cellulite in my legs. It’s actually working, too… in combination with more exercise.

IF already got my hunger hormones under control and most surprising of all, my rosacea is gone.
