oat milk in coffee ?

I always drank my coffee black which enabled me to easily achieve a 16/8 window. I am 22 weeks pregnant and since my first trimester, I haven’t been able to stomach my coffee (1/2 decaf) black. I really enjoy my coffee with oak milk and a little stevia! I still don’t eat breakfast but is this 3 tablespoons of oak milk throwing me out of fasting?! My guess is Yes, but would love to hear from “experts”. TIA!

Most people around here would say that yes it breaks your fast. I wouldn’t do it, because it would increase my cravings. But Scott Watier and Tommy Welling (who has an MS in human physiology) say that it is so few calories that in practical terms it doesn’t matter.

>Can I drink? Coffee Creamer in my coffee. And the answer is yes. If if it doesn’t lead you to spiral because you’ve already mentally made the decision in your brain that I’m breaking my fast for the day now, I prefer to fast, completely clean.
