Hey, I was wondering if any of you have combined the Noom subscription with intermittent fasting and what were your result… Was Noom worth it or do you believe you could have achieved or progressed toward your goal(s) without it?

I think noom is a tool. I used it and actually ended up hating it, but lots of people love it. If it works for you and helps with tracking go for it. But it is expensive and there are free tracking apps too. Sometimes you have to try it out first to know though. I have learned more about health and diet watching Jason Fungs YouTube and listening to the fasting method podcast.
Also their customer service and trying to delete your account is ridiculously hard.
I did Noom a few years back before I found IF. It helped a bit, but I went back to my old ways and regained the weight I lost.
It is not worth the cost, in my opinion.
There are loads of free apps that do the same thing and keep me motivated. My favs are MyNetDiary for food tracking, Zero for fasting tracking, and Happy Scale for weight. All free.
And this sub. Nothing beats the motivation here.
