People who lost more than 10lbs every month on an average, how did you do it?

I see these success stories on this platform all the time of people losing 10lbs a month (not the first month water weight) I am wondering what you guys did? What did you eat? How many calories were you eating? What was your deficit? What were your workouts? Basically anything and everything relevant to the discussion. I am finding to speed up my weight loss a little bit.

I’ve been doing it for 3 months and have lost 34 pounds, so a little over 10 pounds a month. Calories less than 1600, minimum of 16 hours fasting but no more than 20, and low carb foods only. I walk 30 minutes a day on the treadmill.

Answer

I do 48 hour fasts and get 10 miles a day in between walking/ jogging. Counting calories has always stressed me out so I instead pay attention to just eating a protein/ veg focused/ non-processed meal and eating until satisfied. Taking vitamins along with meals as well.

I have a lot to lose though too. As I get closer to my goal weight I plan on scaling down my fasts to eventual 18 hour fasts or 20 hour fasts.
