Answer

I have a weekly “cheat” day (usually Saturday or Sunday) where I will double my eating window, and I’ll have a drink or two on that day only. If you absolutely need to drink more often than one day a week, I don’t really know what to tell you except to get it in during your eating window.

Answer

Typically my eating window is 5pm-9pm M-R, and 2PM-10PM F-Sun, if I drink alcohol it’s within that window of time. If your eating window is at the start of your day I wouldn’t think it would be conducive for alcohol consumption.

Answer

you can either have a cheat period on the weekends (mine was dinner Friday to Sunday brunch), or just have your alcohol with meals (slightly before/after).

In my case, I was almost always on IF maintenance, so the 36 hour cheat window wasn’t a problem. If you’re trying to lose 60 lbs though, may not want to do that weekly.
