What do you guys do for ensuring your electrolytes don't get deleted while you're fasting?

Is there a specific supplement you take or do you just add a mix of salt and nosalt to a water bottle and sip the water bottle throughout the day? Any recommendations on how much sodium and potassium I should take while I’m fasting?

Answer

I use a combo of regular sea salt and NuSalt when I’m cooking or baking, and in the summer, I would add the Keto Chow fasting drops to a can of fizzy water if I was feeling a bit wonky (usually when I drank a lot of water).

Answer

Depends how long you fast. If it’s less than a day you can just add a sprinkle of sea salt to your water. Sodium is the first electrolyte you lose when fasting. If you fast longer than a day you could need something more.
