Questions for experienced fasters

Hey I’m semi new to fasting. I’ve done 24 hour fasts last few years and I’ve done two 48 hour fasts within the last couple months. I just wanna say a few things and ask a few questions to any experienced fasters.

Is it possible to do a 48 fast every single week starting on Monday? Like can I make it part of my schedule or is that a bad idea?

I really enjoy pickle juice and I just read that you’re allowed to drink it while fasting as long as it doesn’t have sugar. Is that true? And experiences with pickle juice?

Not sure if any of y’all know what Kratom is but I take it daily and honestly makes the boredom of fasting soo much easier. Does taking Kratom with just water break a fast? Also does anyone have any experiences with kratom and fasting?

I find myself constantly going into the kitchen and just browsing whatever is in the fridge or cupboards with no intention of eating but just to look.

I’m almost 30 hours into a 72 hour fast right now. Once I finish this fast on Thursday I’m planning on eating normally for the weekend than starting a 92 hour fast on Monday. Is that too much? Or should I go for it?

Dude I’m a resident doc and saw so many cases while working on neurology of Kratom inducing seizures. If you start fasting on top of using it I highly highly recommend at the very least making sure you aren’t in any situation where you can hurt yourself or others for at least several weeks. Everyone has a seizure threshold and if you do enough to lower it it’s bad news. Just want to make sure someone tells you!

Re 48s. I like to do one once a week. I like that length and I have a single two day stretch where I’m busy back to back days and all evening between. This also makes it much easier to do-I am not necessarily making a full meal for the peoples.

When I feel the need to browse food, I usually try to make myself go outside and I also get some sparkling water. It seems to help what for me is a slow decline into “ok I’ll eat.”
