Tbh my main motivation, is to lose stomach fat and have a less droppy body.
I’ve water fasted before, and wanna aim for a long water fast (20 days+)
I also wanna incporate light exercises (swimming and a occasional spin class)
I currently weigh around 85kg, how much weight would i drop and would i see a difference in my stomach? (Nearly all my weight goes to my stomach, i don’t look like i weigh 85kg)
It’s worth it. I don’t know the specifics for you but for myself, after about a month of IF I’ve dropped a good 16 pounds and when I catch myself in the mirror I’m growing back in love with my body. Still have ways to go but it’s not a hard diet to mold and fit into your lifestyle and very easy to bounce back from when you make a mistake.
