Realistic Timeline

Hey everyone! Had some clarifying questions about dry fasting and overall weightloss when it comes to prolonged fasting. It’s always reiterated and read that dry fasting is 2lbs-6lbs of weight loss per day ect. If I wanted to lose 30lbs of bodyfat would I only need 15 days of dry fasting(Not in a row) give or take a standard deviation of 3-5 days. Want more information on how much fat is really being lost during these prolonged fasts to help people set realistic goals

Answer

7 days - can yield 6-8lbs of fat lost - activity low to high

5 days - can yield 4-6lbs of fat lost - activity low to high

30lbs - 5-6 dryfasts of 5-7 days.

People with a lot of fat possibly lose a little more than those numbers.
