Hi all,
I have been doing a number of check ins via this sub over the last month, updating you all with my weight loss journey using ADF, most recent post here.
What I have not mentioned in my previous posts is my spreadsheet tracking system, which I use to track my weightloss without having a scale in my home.
Having been demotivated time and time again throughout previous diets, by jumping on the scale after every meal, I decided that this time around I was only going to weigh myself once a week at the local pharmacist, binning my home scale set before jumping on the ADF bangwaggon.
So far, it has worked wonders! Trust the process and the weight falls off, sometimes hard to do when you are jumping on and off of scales.
RESOURCE:
So, without me rambling on too much about why I hate having scales in my home, here is the resource that I built for my own diet, all of the light blue boxes are things that you need to fill in and it will then give you an accurate weight loss goal post specifically made for the ADF diet.
It is set to ‘read only’, so you will need to save it on your own device or Google drive before being able to use it.
One month on and it is spot on accurate for me, as in, not once has the expected weight been off; so thought I’d share it here! :)
If you need any help using the SS, please get in touch, more than happy to help.
one can also use macrofactor app as they have a method that shows your weight trend or actual weight which isn’t effected by food and water fluctuations .
they also are able to calculate an accurate caloric expenditure
