I have been alternate day fasting for the month of February. I eat dinner then won’t eat again until 24 hours when I eat dinner again, I wait until lunch to eat again then dinner then nothing for 24 hours.
What would an average weekly weight loss be following this strategy? Should I be happy with a pound a week llst or does that indicate I’m doing something wrong?

Sorry but that’s OMAD (one meal a day). ADF is alternate day which is usually at least 36 hours. I will stop eating by 8pm tonight (Sunday) and won’t again until Tuesday morning at 8am. That’s ADF. I’ve lost 35 lbs since Jan 3rd doing this.
