In 26 hours, my 72 hr fast will end. After that, I plan on continuing rolling 72’s up until about Thanksgiving, so I’ll be able to do 5-6 rounds. Is this realistic? I know it’s gonna be hard but I really want to try! F20, 5’2, 147.6 lbs
The worst mentality I see kicking around is if you stop eating for a period of time after you can eat copious amounts. The food you eat after a fast is what determines if your body makes a permanent change or just took on unneeded pointless stress.
