Serving per sitting question

Is it effective to eat all 5-7 servings of veggies in one sitting or over the course of the day?

Can I for example eat all my grains for the day for breakfast, then all my veggies for lunch, and all my protein and dairy for supper, or will my body be unable to absorb it as well as if I spread it out more?

Answer

Some nutrients are fat soluble so it would be better to get a combination of fats carbs and proteins with each meal so you can get the most put of what they provide. Mixed macro meals also slow the digestion of Carbohydrates and will keep you full for longer periods of time so while you can do this just eating 3 balanced meals would probably be better

Answer

That sounds perfect for the 3 meal a day person for a few reasons. The carbs first thing in the morning will ensure you are active throughout the day while burning them off. Plus, breakfast is the most often skipped meal and skipping it every now and then would be extra healthy. Veggies at lunch ideal as they can sometimes carb up if you eat too many at once. The evening meal will keep you sedated until breakfast as they contain no carbs or sugar. That sounds like an awesome plan I might have to hijack myself. Good one
