Should I end my fast if in car accident?

I was in a car accident today but was not the driver. Nevertheless I am starting to experience a dull pain on the side of my head where the car was impacted. I am 80 hours into what I hoped would be a 5 day dry fast but I’m not sure if it’s dangerous to continue to dry fast if I might have gotten whiplash or worst case scenario a concussion

Answer

The dull pain went away after an hour while I was waiting for her car to be towed and an Uber to take me home but I’m still going to break my fast to be safe. Thank you for the advice everyone who responded!

Answer

Any injury any infection any damage that happens during a dryfast is rapidly healed. The logic mind thinks you should stop it cannot be more wrong. Your body is ramping up the production of hgh (human growth hormone) and stem cells in your blood. The worst thing is to break the fast slowing the healing process. Keep fasting and see how rapidly you heal.
