Hi everyone I’ve had some great success in losing weight with fasting, a combination of 72 hour fasts and OMAD and am almost at my goal weight.
I really like fasting, it makes me feel great and so I want to continue once I hit my goal weight. I was thinking of doing two days a week (full 24 hour fasts) but wasn’t sure whether it was better to have these as consecutive days (so a 48 hour fast) or say Monday and Thursday so they are spread out?

As far as two separate 24’s versus one 48, I think if it’s otherwise convenient, I’d go with the 48 for any added benefit of being in ketosis that long.
