I started fasting more or less 20/4 at the beginning of the year. In the first 2 or 3 weeks I lost 15ish pounds. Since then I have stayed more a less the same. I have “cheated” maybe twice during that time (ate lunch), but that is all. I eat more or less what I would have eaten for dinner each night and only coffee, tea, or water outside of fasting times.
I do drink bourbon (neat) on the weekends, but usually don’t start until my window would have opened, but admittedly drink after the 4 hours would have closed.
I’m 6’2” and started at 325, down to 308. I have been pretty much here all of February.
I’m hitting a bit of a plateau as well. I also started some light weight training & we know muscle weighs more than fat…so I’m chalking it up to that.
My clothes however continue to get looser…
