Got my Christmas Photo back from work and I just saw it was pretty unflattering. Wish me luck!
I started about a week and a half ago, after a couple weeks long birthday celebration. Within 3 days i was less bloated and retaining less water. After the holidays, i plan to really narrow what i eat, cut out holiday foods, and get down to my fighting weight. I’m using the holiday period as a way to get my body used to fasting again, but not stress too much about what i am eating. Come Jan 3….eating where it should be with fasting.
