Drink water periodically! I like Canela Tea, with coffee, in the mornings just to taste something again. Make sure to get your electrolytes in! Water with some pink salt worked for me. Though if you have the option for electrolyte water, definitely get those as well. Make sure to break the fast with some bone or vegetable broth, and then eat in smaller portions the following day. I think going for a walk or a a small workout maybe (not high intensity), can help some people out, like me, (gets rid of my hunger, and gives me some more energy oddly enough).
And most importantly, if you feel extreme fatigue or tiredness, it’s okay to break the fast!!! Fasting can get easier if you have experience with it. So don’t force it if it doesn’t want to be forced, and that’s it!
