For context, I am a 28F/155 cm, currently weighing 59 kgs. My goal weight is 50 kgs. I do strength training 5 times a week and cardio about 3 times a week. I’m south asian so can’t help but eat rice 😪 but my trainer told me this wouldn’t be a problem if I control my portions and focused on my protein intake. Did IF back in the day and lost a great amount of fat just in time for my brother’s wedding 😍 restarting my journey again. 🙈
