Starting my week-long fast today

Hey fasting community,

I’m excited to jump back into the world of fasting and wanted to share that I’m starting my first week-long fast today! Although this is not my first time, I’ve completed a 30-day water fasting before, where I lost around 22 kgs. I’m feeling confident and ready for this new challenge.

I’ll be doing a water fast for the next seven days a.

I plan on checking in with this group semi-regularly to share my progress, get some support, and hear about other people’s experiences.

To make it more organized, I’ll be keeping a track of the water consumed and my weight on some apps, to have a better understanding of my progress.

If anyone has any tips or advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

Started my 7 Day fast yesterday as well! You got this!Remember to drink electrolytes and rest when needed. Also some unsweetened tea/coffee works well when you are feeling cold (its often an issue during prolonged fasts), hungry or bored, also it’s a nice change when you only drink salt water for a week lmao
