I’m just starting IF for the second time, really got on well with it last time but fell off the bandwagon during lockdown 1/2 so getting back on.
One thing I struggled with was water intake, I just don’t drink enough - I’m doing 18:6 and was wondering, can I drink sugar free squash with my water?
I’m a northern lad so I pretty much run on sugar free Vimto!
I drink it all the time as the water here tastes of ass. Has no impact as far as I can tell, only makes me drink more fluid which I would say is a good thing. Read around though and you’ll see the whole diet drink thing is a hotly debated issue!
