Not sure what is really being asked here. However, I have a similar schedule. I wake up at 7, have about a 40-minute commute and will only have coffee with cream, if I have anything at all. Then I get off at around 530 and am home by 615. I will then heat up my food that I have prepped previously, having my OMAD meal at around 630-730pm. Rinse and repeat. Only now I am trying to have a consistent 48 48 72 rolling fast, with eating three times in the week only, still OMAD.
