It all depends on what exactly you eat during weight gain.
If you have a varied diet with a high content of fiber, protein and an adequate amount of fat, then you can not take anything extra at all.
But, if you prefer to sit on protein and gainer, eat monotonous food. Then only multivitamins will help you here. I will not PR someone in particular, but many manufacturers have for daily use

A suggestion. Creatine supplements may help. Creatine is an amino acid naturally occurring in the body. It helps replenish ATP in your muscles as well as help your muscles retain water efficiently, thus bettering performance. If you do become interested, I’d look up the side effects first and do your due diligence. I would take it in lighter doses as a start. There are multiple studies on it, and my friends also advocate for it. I personally haven’t tried it myself yet.
