So I used to take bentos as well and fast and it honestly just hurt my stomach and my head and I don’t think it’s a good idea. Maybe get some light/healthy snacks to munch on when you take them so you aren’t over eating but can still take care of your mental health?

If you haven’t tried this yet, I would start with non invasive treatment:
Meditate 10 minutes a day, working up to 3 times a day.

Only use bed for sex and sleeping.Get a bed time ritual. Always follow it at same time. Try a noise machine.
Those are the ones I would try for 3-6 weeks to see if they help you sleep and reduce anxiety.
