tingling depending on position of limbs

Hey guys. I’m at day 5 of my 10 day fast. I consume veggie juice once a day with a total amount of 100 calories a day. What bothers me at the moment is the tingling I get in legs and arms that depend on their position. For example: as soon as I cross my legs, my legs will get these sensations within seconds. When I read a book, my hands will do so too because of the flexion in my elbow. Everything subsides as soon as I change position to normal and uncompressed. I do all the electrolyte intake every day and I know that the tingling will stop after starting to eat again as this is happening the second time during fasting now. But ffs I’m really annoyed by it at the moment. Also I’ll get cramps easily. So I am not quite sure if it is due to electrolyte or circulation.

Would be super happy if anyone with similar experience or tips could help out

Answer

Also when you fast you become insulin sensitive. If you eat anything you risk spiking your insulin.

A huge benefit of fasting is a huge rise in HGH that prevents muscle loss and promotes joint repair fat loss and younger skin and more.

When your insulin gets spiked it reduces HGH significantly.

So try not to drink veggie juice if you want the benefits of the anti aging hormone HGH
