I’ve completed dry fasts of 9 days, 10 days and 10.5 days. Anyone having tips for going a little further?
If its an energy issue here are some practices that allow you to intake, cultivate and circulate more subtle forms of energy.
- Conscious belly breathing, Qi gong, Yoga
- Meditation and being mindful living in the present moment through out the day
- Grounding and immersing yourself and your awareness in nature and harmonizing with the Bio electric fields of whatever life is in the natural area your in (trees, grass, plants, etc)
I’ve not gone as deep into a dry fast as you have yet. I’d imagine your will power and discipline is through the roof to be able to do multiple 9 to 10 day dry fasts. Also being desperate to heal something is a good motivator to go the distance in dry fasting from what I’ve experienced
