Hey guys, I’m at 120 hours and I have no intention of stopping, I’m only 4 kgs away from my goal weight, I intend to fast for at least four more days maybe longer. I just want this fast to be the last one since I have to get my wedding dress fitted in 10 days and the seamstress told me that once we do that, I can’t continue to lose weight or the dress won’t fit right.
I’m totally cool with that.. except. I have no energy, like at all. Going up and down the stairs of my house is a struggle. I own a business, my fiancé is helping out a lot but I’m going crazy just laying in bed all day. I’m drinking electrolytes 3 times a day (recommended dosage with 1 liter of water) aside from 3 or 4 liters of regular water. But I’m just so tired.
I don’t know why, when I was younger I felt great and I could go on like normal. This is definitely not a hunger issue, if I had the energy I could go on for ages. But this energy thing is driving me nuts.

Perhaps my math is wrong, but when you were at 63 kg’s a few days ago, that equaled out to the top end of healthy weight for your height. I imagine you might be needing food?
Not sure what your BF currently is, but it might not be enough to sustain you past this 120 hours.
I could be wrong, just something to think about. Where are you at now?
Since you have 10 days, perhaps a refeed now to get you through? I would think you don’t want to wait to refeed until after getting fitted as you will likely gain some water weight.
