For me it’s mainly:
- Maintaining weight with good eating habits
- Keep energy levels high
I had gestational diabetes and did not want to develop the full disease, which runs in my family on all sides. I heard fasting with a good diet could give my endocrine system a break and reverse some damage I’ve already done.
Weight loss but mostly to “feel like me again.” I used to really feel proud of my figure and then for a longggg time I stopped caring. I thought it was no big deal but the weight really creeped on and before I knew it, I was 40/50 pounds overweight. I didn’t like how I looked in family pictures and wanted to feel good in my skin again.
