If you’re dehydrated already, is it ok to DF? Would you still have enough electrolytes and whatnot?
I find this inquiry comical due to the fact that we don’t have a baseline. What even is dehydration? Perceptions and beliefs change after a prolonged dry fast once you realize and harness the power. I’ll wait for others to chime in as I’m curious what the responses will be myself.
We will also need more information regarding yourself, such as height, weight, and body fat percentage.
