What is an achievable fat loss using rolling 48s/72s?

As the title states, I’m planning to return to fasting, but I’m concerned with how it’ll affect me while working and going to the gym. I fell off due to an injury which sidelined me from the gym for 4 or so months and I gained a ton of weight.

At the end of March/early April, I’m going overseas and want to lose the most fat as possible. What’s a realistic expectation for the next few months?

26M | SW: 260lbs. | GW: 160ish lbs.

I can’t decide whether to do the treadmill or elliptical either lol. Both sucked the first time around.

-KETO(Less than 30 grams of Carbs on refeed)
-Calorie Deficit(1200kcal-1600kcal) on refeeds.
-AVOID!!! Sugar and Vegetable Oils, Grape seed Oil, Cannoli Oil at all costs.
-Could switch between treadmill or elliptical to keep it interesting.
