It happened the first time around the holidays when for about 2 days I ate whatever and whenever I wanted and had multiple bowel movements a day and then this week when Sunday evening, when I had another “cheat day”. I ordered a Greek Takeaway and Monday and Tuesday I pretty much lived and slept in the toilet. Nothing was wrong with the food but my stomach could not handle it
35/F I usually do 20:4, I’ve lost 14kgs and I’ve been doing IF since July 2021. I also eat breakfast and lunch super early and I skip dinner and snacks .
Could it be because I am not used to eating so late (7pm) or because my body is not used to eating 3 meals a day anymore? What do I do? I still want to occasionally indulge
What kind of foods should I eat, to still indulge and not be pooping 24/7?
I mainly eat a mediterranean type diet with the occasional sweets when I am on my period.
Natural yogurt is the key. I suggest a near fast. One big spoonful of 5% fat natural yogurt every day will empty your gallbladder daily, and prevent constipation on the fast days and diarrhea on the eating day
